Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy:
Thank you so much for your order. Once your order is received in our system you will be sent an email confirming we have received your order.
Our goal is to have your products shipped out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. This time frame may change during busy season's such as the Christmas. Should this become the case however we will do our best to note shipment time changes on our website and to you directly.
You have the option of choosing from one of our 2 carrier services, Canada Post and UPS. Our store is currently set up for real time carrier rates helping to ensure you the cheapest shipping rates possible with many options to choose from to suit your individual needs.
Sometime's at live events such as Comicons, we may allow you to purchase an item we don't have on hand at the event. Our goal is to ship it to you asap and free of shipping charges. If the product is in stock in the warehouse it will be sent out within 2-3 business days after we return from the event. If the product is out of stock in the warehouse, again it will be shipped out to you asap free of shipping charges. Should this be the case we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
Fangirls Unlimited Exchange Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since we have shipped you your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
If within the 30 days you receive your package and for any reason believe the product inside may be damaged, before you open it we suggest you take a picture of the package as you received it. This photo may be required if you request an exchange.
For hygenic reasons make-up and cosmetics sold by Fangirls Unlimited will not be eligible for refunds. If you are purchasing Fangirls Unlimited products as a gift we strongly recommend purchasing a Virtual Gift Card instead. This way the recipient has the option to choose the exact products they want, and if required will be eligible for exchange based on the parameters within the rest of our exchange policy. Gift cards themselves are also not refundable, however if required we will consider transferring ownership of the card by cancelling the initial card and issuing a new one to a different recipient. The decision to transfer ownership of a Gift Card is at the sole discretion of Fangirls Unlimited.
Only products that have been damaged in shipping or are manufacturer defective will eligible for an exchange.To request an exchange please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and mark the email subject as: Request for Exchange.
Please include in your email a receipt or proof of purchase. Please also include a photo of the product in the condition in which you received it along with the original packaging and shipment packaging (if possible). Do not throw the product away or send it back to Fangirls Unlimited until you here from us.
Once your request for exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We may then advise you on any additional steps we require you to take. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed, and a new replacement will be sent out within 2-3 business days provided the product is currently in the warehouse, otherwise it will be sent out as soon as that product is back in the warehouse.
Requesting a Gift Card Transfer: Please email email@example.com and mark the subject as Gift Card Transfer Request. Please advise us as to who purchased the Gift Card including: Purchaser's First and Last Name, Phone Number and Email along with the Gift Card Order Number, the Dollar Value of the Gift Card and attach proof of purchase. Please then advise us as to who the Gift Card was for including: First and Last Name, Phone Number and Email. Then please outline the reason for the transfer. Please let us know who you would like the transfer/new Gift Card to be sent to. For this we require the New Recipients: First and Last Name, Phone Number and Email.
Once we have received and reviewed your request we will let you know if we require any further details and/of if your request has been approved or denied. Fangirls Unlimited reserves the right to charge a small fee for the transfer of Virtual Gift Cards should they see fit.
Whether the order is marked as a gift at time of purchase or not and whether it was shipped to you directly or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, unfortunately we will only be able to offer you a replacement for the exact same products purchased, provided they meet the exchange parameters listed throughout this policy.
Late or missing exchanges:
If you haven’t received your replacement product yet, please check with the shipping carrier for whom we have provided you a tracking number as it may still be in transit. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If it is showing as delivered please contact the shipping carrier to have them do an inquiry on the product.

If there is any other issue that you may have with Fangirls Unlimited about our products, service or aything else related to Fangirls Unlimited we encourage you to reach out to us and give us the opportunity to fix it or make things right. So much of our business is based on reputation and we hope to always keep our reputation positive. We thank you in advance for the opportunity to make you happy.

We love all of the fandoms and characters our products represent and have the utmost respect for the intellectual properties and their owners on which our products are inspired. As they say "Imitation is the greatest form of flattery". In doing our best to honour these fandoms and characters we have done so with the best of intentions. We have tried to keep things fun for our customers by utilizing words and terms that resonate with our customers while trying to avoid any trademark or copyright infringement. Our goal is to bring a smile to the faces of our customers when they hear those familiar terms or words, and we believe we have done so with fair use.
What we have created is in honour of the original creative works of brilliant and creative minds. We have in no way intended to interfere with the creativity of the original works IP owner. We also do not believe that the original IP owners profitability will be affected as a result of our business.
We realize that some of the product names we have chosen may also be used by other businesses or brands but do not believe that we will be creating brand confusion in any way. Although we may have a product that shares it's name with one of the world's top peanut butter brand, we do not believe our customers will confuse our product with theirs.
If any IP owner or their legal representative does have an issue with anything we have done, we kindly ask for the opportunity to fix it. As we have in no way, intended to infringe upon any properties.
